The Thermo Scientific™ TVA2020 Toxic Vapor Analyzer is the only intrinsically safe ATEX rated  portable, lightweight  gas leak detector that allows rapid detection of fugitive emissions of inorganic and organic compounds for site remediation LDAR applications and Method 21 compliance.

User can configure the Thermo Scientific™ TVA2020 Toxic Vapor Analyzer as an FID analyzer only (flame ionization detector), or with a PID (photo ionization detector) for dual-detection FID / PID analyzer. The main features include Bluetooth™ connectivity, increased user-serviceability and decreased response times.
Gas leaks from chemical plants and refineries can be detected to conform to LDAR programs and U.S. EPA Method 21 standards. Equipped with the FID technology, the TVA2020 Toxic Vapor Analyzer quantifies organic compounds with excellent sensitivity. The FID technology enables for a wide dynamic and linear range that creates stable and repeatable responses.
The TVA2020 analyzer can be configured with both PID and FID technologies for simultaneous detection and enhanced analytical capabilities. This exclusive dual configuration can allow a more rapid reading of inorganic and organic compounds when compared to a solo detector technology and offers a more in-depth gas coverage than comparable sized FID and PID analyzers.
After performing a primary calibration (calibration kit is available and sold separately), the TVA2020 Analyzer can be customised by activating internal logging parameters, uploading a monitoring route, activating response factors, setting alarm levels and establishing a Bluetooth connection.
