The SEM1600T accepts resistance or mV signals from RTD, Slidewire or Thermocouple sensors. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for slidewire, linear resistance or mV) can be downloaded into the product enabling you to adapt it exactly to your application.

The output stage offers either voltage, bipolar voltage or current re-transmission signals.

The SEM1600VI is a “smart” powered isolator/conditioner that accepts any voltage signal between (-50 and 50) V dc or any current signal between (-50 and 50) mA. The output stage offers either voltage, bipolar voltage or current re-transmission signals.

For ease of use, a high efficiency switch mode power supply is fitted as standard and does not require any adjustment between ac or dc applications. Operating voltages are (10 to 48) V dc and (10 to 32) V ac.

The SEM1600B

The SEM1600/B is a “smart” powered bridge amplifier for use with load cell signals. The product has a built in capability to scale the input signal to a process value while the output stage offers either voltage, bipolar voltage or active / passive current re-transmission signals.

The product comes with an AC/DC power supply that will operate in the range (10 to 48) V DC and (10 to 32) V AC making the device ideal for battery operation.

The SEM 1600F signal conditioner accepts frequency and pulse sensor outputs with a frequency range between (0.1 to 65000) Hz in standard configuration and (DC to 1000) Hz in counter mode. Typical applications would be to measure flow or batch counting.

The product has a built-in capability to operate as a dual input which allows differential flow/count measurement with advanced maths functions. Or as a single channel input, with an external reset contact

The SEM1620 signal conditioner provides a 3 wire isolated voltage output signal and accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and passive current sensor inputs. It has been designed to accept most common process and temperature sensor inputs and provide the user with a three wire voltage output signal. Isolation is provided between input and output and all temperature ranges are linear to temperature

The SEM1630 provides a dual relay switch function for RTD or Thermocouple sensors as well as mA and mV signals. Its relays can be programmed to be either high or low alarms.
The SEM1636 monitors a (4 to 20) mA loop and provides two independent change over trip contacts set to trip at any point within the (4 to 20) mA range. The SEM1636 requires no additional power connection as power is derived from the (4 to 20) mA loop. Trip outputs are independently configured for action and set point, dead band. Six actions are provided normal High/Low/Deviation and inverted High/Low/Deviation

The SEM1700 universal signal conditioner. It accepts RTD, Thermocouple, Voltage, Current and Potentiometer sensor inputs and provides the user with a programmable current or voltage output signal plus dual trip relays. Isolation is provided between input, outputs and supply. All temperature ranges are linear to temperature. Both input and output loop excitation is provided as well as a fully universal power supply.
The SEM 1720 is 2 Channel RTD, Thermocouple or Potentiometer InputMix inputs – Eg Pt100 Chl 1 and Thermocouple Ch 22 x Outputs can be either isolated current or voltage straight through from the sensorOr the device can be a splitter and send one input signal to 2 destinations. (voltage or current)Average or difference of the 2 input sensors can be programmed and output on Ch1 and Ch2Sensor fail safe
The SEM 1750 is 2 Ch mA or Voltage Inputs and outputsTransmitter Power Supply On Inputs and OutputsUse with any 4/20mA transmitter. Level, pressure, temperature, humidity etc Use the device as a signal splitter and send 2 output signals from 1 input signalAverage or difference of the 2 input sensors can be programmed and output on Ch1 and Ch2 even after linearisation of the input mA or voltage signal. For example 2 non linear tanks.
