The The Style1 fabricated threaded thermowell is designed for light process conditions and is manufactured from tube or pipe and closed at the tip by a welded cap. It features a parallel stem profile and has wide variety of process thread connections available. The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor. It is available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).
The Style 6 solid drilled flanged thermowell is manufactured from solid bar-stock to ensure strength and integrity. This heavy duty construction is designed for use within applications involving high pressures and flow rates.It is available with either a parallel or tapered stem profile and has wide variety of flange sizes and ratings available including RF, FF and RTJ configurations. This style of thermowell is available with a seal or full penetration welded flange, or for ultimate strength machined as a one-piece forging. The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor.
