Access Instrumentation can offer a range of In Head Temperature Transmitters, which incorporate the latest digital technology to ensure accurate drift free linearization. They connect to an appropriate sensor and convert the output to a linear 4 to 20 mA signal.
Status Instruments SEM203P & SEM203TC Temperature Transmitter
The SEM203P & SEM203TC Series of temperature transmitter’s provides a low cost unit with push button operation providing for simple calibration and range setting and is linearised to comply with all common RTD sensor standards and thermocouple types, thermistors and potentiometers. This unit provides a level of performance at a cost that was not possible with earlier analogue temperature transmitters.
Status Instruments SEM206P & SEM206TC Temperature Transmitter
The SEM206P & SEM206TC are third generation “Smart” In Head Temperature Transmitter’s, which are designed to accept Pt100 or thermocouple sensors and convert them to a linear 4 to 20mA signal. PC configuration allows user to select Range, Units, and Burnout direction, without the need for recalibration.
Status Instruments SEM210 & SEM210X MKII Temperature Transmitter
The SEM210 MKII are the latest generation “Smart” In Head Temperature Transmitter’s, which have a universal range of inputs including RTD, mV, Slidewire and Thermocouple. USB Port configuration. Isolation is a standard feature to overcome any potential ground loop effects. Two microprocessors operate together to ensure error free transmission across any isolation barrier. The SEM210X MKII is certified ATEX & IEC Ex.
Status Instruments SEM310 & SEM310X MKII Temperature Transmitter
The SEM310 MKII is an encapsulated in-head temperature transmitter with an integral spring mounting kit that replaces the standard connecting block in the sensor head. The SEM310 MKII has full HART 5, 6, & 7 communications protocol, which allows the user to quickly and easily download information or interrogate the device. Also USB port configuration. This device has universal inputs, dual channel and can be supplied for use in hazardous areas. The SEM310X MKII is certified ATEX & IEC Ex
The Status range of temperature transmitters is complimented by a selection of mounting kits and options. The SCH series of probe connection heads has a wide range of entry sizes and positions, manufactured from ABS plastic or Aluminium and suitable for various mounting requirements. There is even an option to simply DIN rail mount the In Head Temperature Transmitters that provides an alternative to standard DIN Rail Transmitter installations.
Status Instruments TTR200 & TTC200 Temperature Transmitter
The TTC200 “smart” in head temperature transmitter accepts 13 thermocouple temperature sensors and converts the sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal.
PC configuration allows the user to select RTD type on TTR200 and Thermocouple type on TTC200, also Range, Filter, units, linearization and burnout direction are PC programable without requiring calibration equipment. Additionally, the user may read live process data when connected to the PC, this allows for sensor offset, and output alignment calibration, where the user can enter values to match the actual process and therefore reducing system errors.
On the TTC200 other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for mV signals) can be downloaded into the product allowing you to adapt it exactly to your application.
The TTR200 ‘smart’ transmitter is designed for use with RTD or Slidewire sensors. The flexible design allows the use of any resistive sensor within the range of (10 to 10500)Ω. Therefore Pt100, 500, 1000, Ni or Cu sensors as well as slide wire sensors up to 100KΩ can be accommodated. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for slidewire or linear resistance) can be downloaded into the product allowing you to adapt it exactly to your application.

Status Instruments SEM1605P & SEM1605TC Temperature Transmitter
The SEM1605P is a programmable DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter which accepts RTD temperature probes, the SEM1605TC accepts thermocouple sensors, the transmitter converts their output into the industry standard 4 to 20mA transmission signal.
Designed for ease of use, this range is configured with our USB port powered configuration module. The module interfaces a PC USB port to the SEM1605. Using our free configuration software, you will be able to read the current configuration data, and then perform any changes you wish to make to the configuration. To further help save time, the SEM1605 and configuration module do not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, both are powered by the USB interface on your PC.
Status Instruments SEM1615 Universal Input Temperature Transmitter
The SEM1615 is a programmable DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter which accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and passive current signals converts them into the industry standard 4 to 20mA transmission signal. Maths functions are included.
Designed for ease of use, our direct USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration. Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1615 and your PC and you’re ready to go. Using our free configuration software, your PC will automatically read the current configuration data and guide you through any changes you wish to make. To further help save time, the SEM1615 does not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, it is powered via the USB interface from your PC.
Status Instruments SEM315 MKII HART Temperature Transmitter
The SEM315 MKII Smart Universal Temperature Transmitter is a DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter offering the same flexibility as the SEM1615 but with the inclusion of full HART communications (5, 6 & 7) protocol, which allows the user to quickly and easily download information or to interrogate the device over an array of functions
Access Instrumentation can supply Status Instruments temperature sensors, which can be supplied in a variety of styles and configurations, utilising thermocouple or thermistor elements as an alternative to the standard Pt100 elements. The standard Pt100’s supplied are to BS.EN 60751 IEC751 Class B, additionally they can be supplied to Class A or 1/10 DIN Class B on request. Special requirements can also be catered for, i.e. immersion length and diameter, extension length, element type, process thread, head thread, material and temperature range and in the case of hygienic sensors, the type and size of the fitting. To accompany the Status range of sensors a range of pockets / thermowells can also be supplied assembled to meet your process requirements.
The DM600 series of battery-powered indicators accepts either an RTD (DM640P) or thermocouple (DM640TC) sensor input, and displays the temperature on a 4-digit LCD display. The sensor type is selected from a simple to use menu system, which is navigated by the use of three push-button keys located on the rear of the display. The entire assembly is sealed into a cap that fits directly onto the SCH4 series of connecting heads. Alternatively suitable mounting kits are offered to enable it to fit into other sensor connecting heads including stainless steel if needed.

The DM670 series of battery powered field mounted display indicators accept gauge pressure inputs of 100BAR and displays the sensor pressure in BAR, PSI or the users engineering unit on a 6-digit LCD display. The DM670 is equipped with dual volt free relays which operate independently. The DM670PM also provides a powerful data point logging function 3600 (PM) 5000 (TM) with USB and NFC interface.
Temperature/Process LED Loop Powered Indicator
Small and compact, the Status DM700 will display 4-20mA process signals, the indicator can be temperature probe mounted and integrated with a head mounted temperature transmitter. The DM700 has been designed to be completely enclosed in a clear polycarbonate cap, which fits to the standard SCH4 enclosure. Alternatively it is available with a choice of mountings to fit other standard connecting heads. The DM700X is also available Intrinsically Safe, ATEX II 1G EEx ia IIC.
