Access Instrumentation 5000 Series Alarm Monitor
Utilising the latest in microprocessor technology, the Model 5000 alarm monitor offers the end-user unlimited options for monitoring, recording and reporting on all categories of critical process systems. The 5000 series Alarm Monitor will accept signals from a wide range of sensors and compare the measured value with pre-set alarm levels. If an alarm level is exceeded, the unit provides visual indication and relay closures, which can be used for alarm and shutdown functions. Microprocessor technology is used to provide simultaneous measurement of all inputs and to carry out extensive internal self-checking procedures. Detected faults are indicated via the display and relay contact closure. The product has been designed for simple quick configuration.
The 5000 series alarm monitor is designed to replace the now obsolete Thermo – Rosemount 4000, 4001, 4002 & 4400 alarm monitors.
- Available in 6, 12 and 24 channel models
- High performance, flexibility and superior applications
- Wide range of inputs and flexible output capabilities

Status Instruments SEM1400 Series Loop Powered Trip Amplifiers
The SEM1401 and SEM1402 are loop powered trip amplifiers designed to accept a standard 4 to 20 mA signal from a transmitter and to provide a single, or, in the case of the SEM1402, two individual trip outputs sharing the same common. Utilising the loop power means that no separate supply is required to power the trip alarms with resulting cost reductions and simplified wiring.
